Once you generate the URL in the Calamari app, you can sync Calamari Calendar with Outlook Calendar.
To do so, you should click Add Calendar→ Subscribe from web. Here you have to paste the URL that you have copied from Calamari application.
Then please click Import, and after that, your calendar is ready to use.
Once the employee receives an email notification about approval, receives also in this message .ics file, which allows adding such an event to the main Outlook Calendar.
If your employees add these events to their Outlook Calendar, project managers will see absences in their main Outlook Calendar.
