Calamari app is available directly in Microsoft tools such as MS Teams (web and mobile), Outlook web, and Microsoft 365 dashboard.

Directly in Microsoft tools, you can:

  • request time-off

  • approve time-off

  • clock in/out, mark breaks and projects

  • check information about your time worked

  • check information about your own and company-wide scheduled absences

  • check your entitlement balances

Note: This app has an accessibility feature - you can use the app in dark mode, high contrast, and light mode.

2. Single Sign-On (SSO)

Integrating Calamari with Microsoft 365 can enable users to log in to both systems using their Microsoft 365 credentials. This simplifies the authentication process and provides a seamless user experience.

As Admin, you can import basic information about employees using Azure AD. The import option considers employee information, such as names and email addresses.

By using the calendar subscription option, Calamari can sync leave requests and remote work details directly to the Outlook calendar.

This allows employees to view leave planned in the company in their calendar and helps managers efficiently manage and plan resources.

Each user can get personal notifications to their email address. Calamari users get notifications and reminders for leave requests, approvals and other important updates. Employees and managers can receive email notifications directly in their Outlook inbox, keeping them informed and reducing the need for manual communication.

Coming soon: In the coming weeks, you'll be able to receive personal notifications directly to Calamari app in MS Teams (web and mobile), Outlook web, and Microsoft 365 dashboard.

You can receive group notifications about upcoming leaves, birthdays, holidays, and remote work and real-time notifications about the clock in/out and breaks. You decide when you want to receive notifications, about whom, and what channel is the best for your team.
