2. Single Sign-On (SSO)

Integrating Calamari with Microsoft 365 can enable users to log in to both systems using their Microsoft 365 credentials. This simplifies the authentication process and provides a seamless user experience.

This functionality is part of a premium package. If you're interested in SSO with SAML, please reach out to us at [email protected]

We're happy to provide you with more details.

As an Admin, you can import basic information about employees using Azure AD. The import option considers employee information, such as names and email addresses.

4. Employee's private calendar synchronization

By syncing Calamari with your employees' personal Microsoft Calendar, you can streamline scheduling, making it easier to manage absences and remote work efficiently.

When employee requests time off, it will be marked as Out Of Office event in their personal MS Outlook Calendar. Remote work requests will display as Working Elsewhere.

This will make it easier to see your schedule, reduce scheduling conflicts, and improve team communication.

Important: From a product standpoint, we’ve decided to limit the visibility of request details due to privacy and data protection concerns. Since we can’t control who has access to the calendar, sensitive information like sick leave might be exposed unintentionally.
We understand the desire for specific labels like Vacation, but this decision was made to ensure everyone's privacy remains secure.

Calamari enables seamless synchronization with various external calendars, including MS Outlook, through iCal integration. By generating a URL or .ics file in the iCalendar format, Calamari allows you to link it to your external calendar. This connection ensures that any changes made in Calamari are automatically reflected in your external calendar, maintaining an up-to-date schedule across all your platforms.

Each user can receive personal notifications directly to Calamari app in MS Teams. Calamari users get notifications and reminders for leave requests, approvals, clock in and and other important updates.

Employees and managers can also receive email notifications directly in their Outlook inbox, keeping them informed and reducing the need for manual communication.

You can receive group notifications about upcoming leaves, birthdays, holidays, and remote work and real-time notifications about the clock in/out and breaks. You decide when you want to receive notifications, about whom, and what channel is the best for your team.

You can decide about getting them to:
