Core HR Documents allows you to create directories with access restricted depending on the role: administrator, manager or regular user. In the Documents you can:
send a complete document to be placed in the employee's file,
send a document that needs to be completed or signed by the employee,
send a request for document delivery to selected employees,
send documents that the employee should acquaint with.
In the Configuration tab → Documents administrator configures directories. You can use default directories or edit the available list of directories according to your organization's needs. During the creation of directories, you define their accessibility and visibility for certain users (managers, users/owners).
Available visibility and access options:
No access - user can't see files, and doesn't have access to them,
Read - user can view and download files,
Read and write - user can download, send and edit existing files.
