How to set up login methods
To set up login for your employees, follow these steps:
Choose the login methods for your employees
Depending on your preference, you can allow employees to log in using their username and password, SSO with an external tool, or both methods simultaneously.Configure your preferences
Based on the login method you choose, follow the appropriate option below:A. If you want to use both SSO and login/password: Ensure the integration with external tools (like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, etc.) is enabled.
B. If you want to use login/password only: No further configuration is needed. Employees will log in using their username and password.
C. If you want to use SSO only: Disable the login and password option. You can do this by going to Configuration → Permissions, and turning off the login via username and password. This will force employees to log in using SSO only.
Send Invitations
Once you’ve selected the login method(s), you’ll need to send invitations to your employees to enable them to log in. The invitations can be sent from the Configuration → People section (click the envelope icon).
For selected employees: You can send individual invitations.
For all uninvited employees: You can send bulk invitations.
In the invitation email, employees will receive a link to set their password (if using username and password) or a prompt to log in via the chosen external tool (for SSO). The email will also include the organization’s domain name and the employee’s login (email address).
Important: Invitations are valid for 14 days from the date they are received.
