Calamari offers three ways for users to log in to the web and mobile application:

  • sign in with login and password

  • SSO login with an external tool: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, Asana, and Basecamp

  • sign in with login and password and SSO login

If you want employees to use SSO exclusively, you can disable the login and password option.

To allow your employees to access Calamari using login and password, you should send an invitation to users (selected or all). The invited user will receive an email with a link to set a password, the organization's domain name, and the user's login (email address).

You can send invitations to employees under the Configuration → People (envelope icon):

  • For a selected employee

  • Send an invitation to all uninvited employees

  • All employees
