1. People Section
The "People" section is where you view your colleagues' profiles. This is your go-to place for accessing all information about your team members.
What You Can Do:
View Employee Profiles: Click on any employee’s name to view their details, including job role, teams, and contact information.
Search Employees: Use the search bar to quickly find an employee by name, email, or department.
2. Documents Section
The "Documents" section is your digital storage for all HR-related files, such as contracts, questionnaires, and certificates.
What You Can Do:
View and Upload Documents: Access and manage important documents for yourself. Click + on the top of the screen, select the type of document (e.g., complete document, document to be completed), upload the file, and fill in any necessary details.
Tip: You can also upload the documents directly from your Calamari mobile app.
Download: Download documents directly to your computer.
3. Work with Me Section
The "Work with Me" section is designed to streamline collaboration and communication between you and your manager or team.
What You Can Do:
Manage your personal guide: To access your "Work with me" click on your profile under the People tab and fill out your personal guide. Answering a few questions will help avoid misunderstandings, speed up productive discussions with coworkers, and build a foundation of empathy. This way, your colleagues will better understand your needs, expectations, and cultural differences. Select the categories to move to questions.
Review details about your colleagues: Use this section to check your colleagues' preferences for collaboration, receiving feedback, or contact channels.
INTEGRATIONS
Calamari offers a wide range of integrations with other systems and applications.
If you use tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft365, Jira, SAML, calendars, and others daily, contact your company's Calamari administrator. Connecting your existing systems with Calamari will make your daily work even easier.
