In the Performance Review module, employees take part in review sessions by completing prepared forms. Depending on the type of process, they can:

πŸͺž evaluate themselves – as part of a self-assessment,
🀝 evaluate colleagues – as part of a peer review.

This way, every participant has the opportunity to reflect on their own work and provide constructive feedback to others.

How does an employee submit a review?

Notification – the employee receives information about a new review to complete (notifications can be sent by email, Slack, MS Teams, or directly to the phone via the Calamari mobile app).

Selecting a person – in the Reviews > To complete tab, the employee selects the person they need to evaluate (or themselves in the case of self-assessment).

Completing the form – they answer the provided questions.

Saving and submitting – responses can be saved as a draft and completed later or submitted once finished.

⏳ The review session closes on the specified date.
