📘 What Is the Final Evaluation?
A Final Evaluation is the final summary of an employee’s evaluation, prepared by their direct manager.
It gathers all reviews and feedback related to the employee in one place and turns them into a clear, structured report.
It’s not mandatory, but it significantly simplifies analyzing results and preparing for the development conversation.
Thanks to the summary, the manager can:
gather all submitted reviews in one form,
highlight strengths and areas for development,
summarize key insights,
suggest next steps and goals for the upcoming period.
🔄 How Is the Summary of Reviews Created?
1. Automatic notification for the manager
After all required reviews for the employee are submitted, the system notifies the direct manager that they can prepare the summary (learn more about personal notifications).
2. Selecting the employee
In the Feedback section → To evaluate, the manager sees a list of employees whose summaries need to be completed.
3. Viewing the results
The form includes reviews from the current cycle as well as historical data from previous periods.
4. Completing the form
The manager enters their conclusions, comments, and overall summary.
5. Saving or sending
The summary can be saved as a draft or submitted as the final document.
🔐 Key Information for Participants
The form can be completed in stages — all responses can be saved as a draft.
Visibility of the feedback is limited — only the direct manager has access to it.
The final evaluation becomes the foundation for development conversations and future planning.
✨ Summary
Summaries of Reviews in the Performance Review module are optional, but they help bring clarity and structure to the evaluation process.
