With Calamari Core HR module enabled, you get access to powerful features that make managing HR processes much easier.

One of these is the ability to create custom views with selected columns, filters, and data, helping you quickly access the information you use most often.

To get started, you’ll first need to create custom field categories [1], then custom field groups [2], and finally the custom fields themselves [3].

There are 7 field types to choose from:

Each field can be configured as read-only or editable for users, depending on their system role (employee, direct manager, team/company manager) [4].

This setup allows you to filter and organize information in many ways. For example, creating a view of employees whose health and safety training expires next month, sorting people by skills, or checking who has specific benefits.

Once you’ve added these fields and filled them out in employee profiles, you can move on to creating personalized views in the People section:

Simply set the desired filters [1] and columns [2], then save the view. It will be stored for easy access whenever you need it.

This makes it easy to pull up exactly the data you need – for instance, employees with contracts ending next month, people in a certain position, or members of a particular team.
