1. How to log in to Calamari using your username and password?
You can log in to Calamari by visiting the following page:
https://www.calamari.pl/ → click: LOGIN (in the top right corner) or

Be invited to Calamari (the invitation is sent by the Calamari account administrator).
Log in by providing: company domain, email address, and password.

2. I don’t know what my company’s domain is – what can I do?
Check your email inbox – look for the invitation email from Calamari (sent by: [email protected]). In the email content, you will find the domain name and a link to log in.
❗If you can’t find the domain, contact your company’s Calamari administrator.
3. I’m entering the correct domain, email, and password, but I still can’t log in. What should I check?
Here is a list of things you should verify:
✔️ Email Address: Make sure you are using your business email address – the one where you received the invitation.
Check that you are not using a personal account (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo).
Pay attention to typos and the correct domain (e.g., @company.com, not @copmany.com).
✔️ Password: Check if Caps Lock is on.
Calamari passwords are case-sensitive and include special characters.
If you’re copying the password, make sure you’re not accidentally adding extra spaces.
Try typing the password manually, without using saved data in your browser.
💡 Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset it.
4. I want to change my email address – how can I do that?
As a user, you cannot change your email address on your own.
➡️ Contact the person responsible for Calamari in your company, who can update your email address in the system.
5. I’m logging in via Google / Microsoft / Slack / Jira SSO, but something isn’t working. What can I check?
If you are using login via an external account (SSO – Single Sign-On), check:
Are you logged into the correct account in your browser?
For example: if your company uses Google Workspace, you need to be logged into your business Google account, not a personal Gmail account.Are you clicking the correct login button on the login page?

If you’re unsure, ask your Calamari administrator to check.
🔁 Sometimes it helps to log out from your Google/Microsoft account and log in again, especially if you have multiple accounts in the browser.
6. I’m the Admin – I sent an invitation to Calamari, but the employee didn’t receive registration email
Double-check that the employee’s email address is correct in Calamari.
Ask the employee to check their spam/junk folder.
Make sure there are no firewalls or filters blocking emails from @calamari.io.
