It depends on the configuration. In Calamari, there are 2 areas in which you can set up the visibility:

Important:
To avoid the possibility of identifying the reason for absence based on the request - we recommend using one color for the request in the calendar for all types of absences.
configuration → absence types → selection of absence type → display tab → color of applications in the calendar
Requests for remote work or delegation can be highlighted with a color different from the rest of the types of absences.
