Each review session in the Performance module:
It is based on a predefined review process – using previously configured questions, review types, and deadlines,
Has clearly defined start and end dates,
Automatically notifies participants about pending evaluations,
Includes assigned reviewers and reviewees based on the administrator’s setup.
🚀 How to Launch a Review Session
Go to the Review Sessions section.
Click Start.
Select the review process that will serve as the session template, & enter the session name.
Start the session – the system will automatically send notifications to all participants.
✍️ How to assign reviewers?
1. If you’re running a peer review, assign reviewers:
✨ Tip: Use filters to select reviewers quickly.
👉 From this point, employees can start completing their evaluations.
🔒 Closing a Review Session
Once the set deadline passes, the session closes automatically.
The administrator can also close it manually, for instance, when all forms have been submitted.
After closing, summary results are available to support development discussions or HR analysis.
