For Data Subjects

Subject Access requests should be sent directly to your employer (the data controller), who, in turn, will seek assistance from us, Calamari (as data processor) in complying with that request.

For Data Controller

Access request

Access to your data is provided via the web application where you and your users can login and see the user data. You can also download Excel reports containing your employees data which are particularly useful when it comes to supplying information to a data subject who is no longer an employee. The information you find in the Excel reports should be sufficient to allow you to complete the subject request.

Delete request

In order to remove an employee, please find them on the employeess list or achieved employee list and click "Delete" / "Archive" button on the top bar. The employee data will be permanently removed from your system and the history of activities in the system will be erased.

Account deletion

Please note that after 60 days from the end date of your account validity, Calamari automatically initiates the irreversible process of data removal from our servers. After 90 days, they're permanently deleted with no further possibility of restoring them. You can also request immediate data deletion by sending a request to [email protected]
