According to our Data Processing Agreement, Calamari is a Data Processor while your organisation is the Data Controller.

After cancelling the subscription, the system allows you to access your account until the end of your already paid subscription. You have the time to export the data using the reports tab in the user interface and remove / archive users. When your subscription expires, you will lose your access to Calamari.

Please note that after 60 days from the end date of your account validity, Calamari automatically initiates the irreversible process of data removal from our servers. After 90 days, they're permanently deleted with no further possibility of restoring them. You can also request immediate data deletion by sending a request to [email protected]
