Cancel subscription
If you wish to cancel (unsubscribe) your Calamari subscription, you can do so at any time. If you cancel during the billing period, access to your account will be automatically disabled on the last day of your current subscription, but we do not provide any chargeback or refund. However, you retain access to your account and data until the end of the current billing period, allowing you to export data or generate reports as needed.
In order to cancel your subscription, go to Subscription management page → Details → Cancel Subscription. For monthly plans, ensure you cancel before the renewal date to avoid charges for the next billing cycle. For annual plans, confirm cancellation to prevent renewal; access will remain active until the end of the current annual billing period.

Please note that after 60 days from the end date of your account validity, Calamari automatically initiates the irreversible process of data removal from our servers. After 90 days, they're permanently deleted with no further possibility of restoring them. During the billing period after cancellation, you retain access to your account and data, allowing time for administrative tasks such as exporting data or generating reports.
Delete Account
Created an account by accident? Your Calamari account will be automatically removed after 90 days from the trial end date. If you are using a trial account, no cancellation is required to avoid charges. Trial accounts are not billed unless you explicitly activate a paid subscription.
If you would like to delete your account now, please contact the Calamari Support Team.
