If you wish to cancel your Calamari subscription, you can do it anytime. If you cancel during the billing period, access to your account will be automatically disabled on the last day of your current subscription but we do not provide any chargeback or refund.

In order to cancel your subscription, go to Subscription management page → Details → Cancel Subscription.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that after 60 days from the end date of your account validity, Calamari automatically initiates the irreversible process of data removal from our servers. After 90 days, they're permanently deleted with no further possibility of restoring them.

Created an account by accident? Your Calamari account will be automatically removed after 90 days from the trial end date.

If you would like to delete your account now, please contact the Calamari Support Team.
