You can configure the Google Calendar integration to:
use the same for all events
use different colors to indicate types of absences
use different colors to indicate the status of the absence
In order to do that, go to Configuration → Integrations → Google Workspace→ and check it out here (after the change you need to wait 15 minutes to re-sync all requests):
