Adding details about employee's children into Calamari helps your company understand everyone's family needs. This info is great for planning benefits like health care or childcare and even for setting up family events.
If you want to import children's data, go to Configuration, select Import, and then click on "Import children's data."
You will have two options to choose from:
1. Add new data - download the blank template and fill it out with the following details: employee e-mail, child first name, child last name, sex, birthdate in format YYYY-MM-DD (Year-Month-Day), and name of 2nd parent (if applicable).
2. Update the current data - download the completed template with existing data.
Important! If you leave any spots blank and upload, the empty spots will replace the current data in Calamari.
3. Once you have completed all the necessary information, please upload it to Calamari.
4. After completing the import, you can view these details on the employee's profile under the additional tab.
