Below's an overview of what you can do in the Timesheet section.
1. Display settings
Using the "show" settings, you can choose which data is displayed in the work time records. Available options include: shifts, balance, projects, work time:
You can also select "all", which displays everything on one screen – summary, entry and exit times, break and project times, notes, and employee's irregularities. Alternatively, you can choose the "custom" option to set your own preferences for the data shown.
2. Abnormalities view
In the Timesheet, you can observe abnormalities for the selected time period, thanks to the information displayed below the employee's avatar:
A red border around the photo and a red exclamation mark icon indicate irregularities that affect payroll calculations – such as absence or missing clock-out time.
A yellow exclamation mark inside a triangle signals minor issues like lateness or being late or having a work shift that is too long or too short.
In case of absence, the entire field of the working day will be highlighted in red.
3. Overview of planned absences and their categories
In the Timesheet view, hatched fields indicate a planned absence – either for a full or half day.
Additionally, icons are used to show the type of absence:
A palm tree for vacation,
A Christmas tree for public holidays,
A computer for remote work.
4. Additional information in the shift field
In addition to planned absences and abnormalities, you will see information about the employee's shift field:
Pending requests (upper left corner, clock icon)
Added notes (upper right corner, note icon)
Number of shifts worked (number in circle next to start and end time)
Night shift (moon under the number of shifts next to the start and end time)
The balance of hours worked in relation to the established work schedule
Accepted requests (lower right corner, green clock)
