The benefits of the integration
After integrating your JIRA On-premises account with Calamari, you will be able to:
Log in to Calamari with your JIRA account (more details here)
Synchronize time-off requests to your Jira projects as worklogs
Integration steps
1. Install Calamari Connector add-on
2. Generate api-key
In order to connect Calamari and your JIRA, you need to generate API key in your Calamari account (you need to be an admin) and input it to your JIRA configuration.
Security
Keep the API KEY secret.
3. Turn on the integration
In order to turn on the integration, you need to open your JIRA instance and choose "Add-ons"->Calamari Connector, next follow the steps:
Type your Calamari domain
Paste your Calamari Connector API KEY
Click Connect
Enable sync
Verify user emails
Calamari matches employees and JIRA users with email. Make sure that all employees in Calamari have the same email as in JIRA.
