Entitlement Report
The Entitlement Report gives detailed information about employees’ leave entitlements, including automatic accruals, manual adjustments, rollover balances and reported absences.
How it helps:
Quickly assess leave balances (in days or hours) for all employees.
Filter by employee, absence type, contract type, and year or the exact date to find the necessary entitlement data.
Export the report to an Excel file for further analysis.
Common Use Cases:
Check unused balances from the previous year (in days or hours).
Check current balances for employees (in days or hours).
Check the sum of the requested days or hours in a selected year

Main Type Run Out: When the primary leave type is depleted (only applies to subtypes).
Allowed: The overall permitted leave balance (in days or hours), accounting for all changes such as accruals and requested days or hours.
Requests Report
How It Helps:
View all absence requests, including their status (approved, pending, rejected, or canceled).
Check the reason for absences and the dates they occur.
Filter by time range, employee(s) by name or team, absence type, contract type, and request status.
Access archived employee data.
Export requests to Excel or PDF files for further analysis.
