The Team manager can see requests and timesheets of team members.
There are 3 areas in which you can change this:
1. Configuration → Roles:
Select the user to whom you want to grant team manager privileges → Assign roles
Select the option Team manager + team list:
2. Configuration → Teams, select the appropriate team → medal icon → Add Manager:
3. Configuration → People → Choose an employee → Administration → Roles → Edit → Save
Before you define a Team manager, remember to first create teams and assign employees to the team.
A Team manager can be assigned as an approver in the approval flow and approve requests from members of his team.
