When submitting the requests, the reason field may be disabled (invisible), optional, or required to be completed.

To enter the appropriate settings in the ConfigurationAbsence types you can edit the settings for the selected absence type → Fields & visibility tab:

After activating the reason field, we have two options to fill in:

  • Text field →the employee can enter any reason for absence

  • Predefined list - here we can add a list of reasons to choose:

Finally, we remember to save the changes → Save.
