Calendar configuration - employee profile

Each user can override the company settings with their personal settings

  1. Go to User profile (bottom-left corner)

  2. Choose 'Own' user sesttings

  3. Under the 'Use color to show..' option, choose the option you like.

  4. Click Save

Calendar configuration - the organisation (for Admins only)

As an Admin you can change the configuration for all users.

  1. Open Configuration → Account settings → find 'Use color to show' option

  2. Choose the option you want

  3. Click Save
